How to Play Stat Bingo

Turn familiar career and peak-season statistics into a daily 3×3 basketball challenge.

The objective

Each draw presents one player. Select one unfilled square that truthfully describes that player. Complete any horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line to earn Bingo.

No Match

A drawn player may have no applicable unfilled square. In that case, choose “No Match — Draw Again.” Determining whether a match remains is part of the challenge. Selecting a false square—or choosing No Match when a valid square exists—adds one mistake.

Scoring

1,000 starting points − 50 per draw − 100 per mistake

A 250-point bonus applies when the first possible Bingo is completed within three draws without a mistake. Higher scores rank first; ties are ordered by faster completion time and then earlier submission.

Daily play

The player order and board are shared for the UTC day. Progress is saved to the current browser. Once the game is completed, that browser cannot start another scored run until the next UTC day.

Statistics used

The squares use the site’s licensed and documented player fields: career points, rebounds and assists per game; career steals and blocks; seasons played; championships and MVPs; and peak-season PRA.
